Your email will be added to a mailing list.
All other information submitted will not be disclosed on the site.
Cancellation Policy
Can be made by phone or e-mail through our link at premierpitch.com
Pitches may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the commencement of the booking by calling 01724 849840 or e-mailing through our link at premierpitch.com unless stipulated otherwise at the time of booking.
If a pitch is cancelled up to 6 hours prior to the commencement of the booking customer will be charged a late notice fee of £15.
All customers failing to cancel a booking within the defined periods, or failing to attend will be charged the full fee.
Customers with payments outstanding will NOT be permitted to book / attend activities until any outstanding payment has been fully cleared.
Booking customers cancelling in line with this cancellation policy will receive an automatic credit on account of any money paid to the specific booking cancelled. This can be redeemed against future bookings or refunded to a card. Please note we are unable to refund in cash on site.
